Spray 12' Electric Oil Core Skillet with cooking spray

Sprinkle a little brown sugar on the bottom, place pineapple slices on top of sugar and place a cherry in the center of each slice.

Combine cake mix, eggs, carrot, zucchini, 1 tbs of juice from cherries, and 1 tbs of juice from pineapples.

Pour into skillet and cook at 250* for 45 minutes or until done.

When done shake skillet from left to right to loosen cake and then place a plate on top of the skillet and carefully flip the cake onto the plate.
