Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes 28 oz
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 1/2 tsp chili powder or to taste
  • 2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups rice raw, converted
  • 3 stalks celery chopped

Instructions

  • Brown beef at 325 degrees and drain off fat. Put all remaining ingredients in the Electric Skillet. Cover and cook at 250 for 20 minutes.
