
SPANISH RICE
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes 28 oz
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 tsp chili powder or to taste
- 2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups rice raw, converted
- 3 stalks celery chopped
Instructions
- Brown beef at 325 degrees and drain off fat. Put all remaining ingredients in the Electric Skillet. Cover and cook at 250 for 20 minutes.
