In large mixer bowl, combine all cookies ingredients except flour. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl, often until mixture is light and fluffy. Stir flour until well mixed. If dough is too soft, cover; refrigerate until firm enough to form cookies.

Heat oven to 400* F. Place dough into cookie press; form desired shapes 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. BAke for 8 to 12 minutes, or until cookie edges are lightly browned. Remove immediately.

In small bowl, stir together all glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle glaze on warm cookies.
