Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. Arrange sweet potatoes in the prepared baking dish. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flax seeds, cracked wheat, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Stir potatoes; sprinkle with oat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and topping is light brown.
