Ingredients

ripe
avocados
diced

can
refried beans
taco or hot sauce
to taste
sour cream
all-purpose flour
to thicken if needed

head
lettuce
washed, drained and shredded

ripe
tomatoes
diced
1
large
onion
diced
1
can
olives
shredded
1
carrot
shredded
1
lb
lean ground beef
browned, crumbled, drained and seasoned with taco seasoning (optional)
taco seasoning
(if using)
1/2
lb
Cheddar cheese
sharp, shredded
chips or crackers
for scooping
Instructions
Spread refried beans on serving plate
Mash the avocados and spread on top of refried beans.
Mix sour cream with taco or hot sauce and add a bit of flour, if needed, to thicken mixture
Continue layering ingredients; Lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, sour cream mixture, onion, olives, (and grounded beef if using)
Top with cheddar cheese and serve with plenty of chips for scooping. Enjoy!!
