always look for low sodium

chopped green chilies
(if you like spice add 12 oz)
Instructions
Pre heat MP5 or pot to 350 degrees or medium heat.
Add garlic and onion and sauté 2-3 min.
Add all other ingredients excluding fresh spinach.
Bring just to a boil then place lid on and reduce heat to med-low and cook 30 min.
Add spinach just before serving for a great flavor and fantastic colors!
