Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz) banana pudding mix instant
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 (1-cup) eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups bananas (about 2) ripe, mashed
Instructions
- Combine first five ingredients, beat on medium for 2 minutes, add bananas, mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until done
