
Simple Salisbury steak
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs dry
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix ¼ cup of soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and peppers. Shape firmly into 6 patties. In a skillet brown patties over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in remaining soup, return patties to skill. reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done, turning patties occasionally
